You agree the laws of China mainland will govern this agreement, as well as any claim that might arise between user and iReader. Both sides should negotiate and solve the disputes concerning the sign, fulfillment, interpretation of this agreement. If negotiation fails, you and iReader consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the court where iReader locates to deal with the disputes and troubles.
