Amanda Martin and Timothy Robinson were once childhood sweethearts, bound by a lifelong promise and an engagement admired by all. But tragedy struck twice—first a car accident that erased Amanda’s memories of him, then Timothy’s own amnesia that left him in love with another woman. When Amanda declares she too has “forgotten” and calls off the engagement, she hopes to set them both free. Yet the past clings to her—through old diaries, cruel humiliations, and Timothy’s growing hostility. Torn between aching fragments of lost love and the bitter reality before her eyes, Amanda must decide whether to fight for the man who no longer remembers her… or burn every last tie that binds them. But in a world of betrayal, obsession, and hidden enemies, walking away might prove far more dangerous than staying.
