Prologue

Killian’s hands trailed up my side, sharp nails scraping softly over my skin. Goosebumps rose along my flesh. I tried not to shiver at his touch.

It was a losing battle. My body shook at his next caress, his fingers brushed against the side of my breast. I brought my arms up to cover myself and he let out a low growl, stopping me. I dropped my hands to my sides and his fingers moved over my breast. Rolling my nipple with his thumb and forefinger. He pushed my hair away from the side of my neck.
